Ages 12–22 · Launching 2026

Most people who start a business end up with the world's worst boss. Themselves. Working 5am till 9pm. Wondering what went wrong. There is a better way to build. The Young Founders Program is a business program for teens and young adults (12–22), built on the foundations that determine whether you end up with something worth having, or just a very exhausting job.

Young people have vision. Without structure and focus, it stays exactly that.

Vision is Seed 4 of the Seven Seed Skills, and most young people have it. They can see clearly the life they want to build.

The problem is rarely the vision.
The problem is what comes next.

Vision without Structure and Focus stays as vision.

Without guidance in those years, the pattern is the same for most. They try something. It doesn't work. They try again. Still doesn't work. After enough of that, the dream starts to feel naive, so they reduce it and settle.

Somewhere along the way, they find themselves living a life they never chose.

What's missing is rarely drive or intelligence. It's the Seed Skills that turn vision into income, into a business, into a life:

  • Structure
    Funneling energy towards desired outcomes
  • Focus
    Discerning what matters from distractions
  • Will
Knowing how to bring something through to completion, and how to effectively leverage failures

This program develops those foundations while the patterns are forming, and before the concrete is set.

Through a series of outcomes, every participant (yes, parents too) gains practical, scalable skills that they can apply to everything they choose to create.

A program that starts where the others don't. Most programs teach tactics before foundations, and skip the part that determines whether any of it works.

Other programs
  • Start with what to sell
  • Teach tactics before foundations
  • Skip the money mindset entirely
  • Ignore the inner work
  • Don't explain why businesses fail
  • Leave you with knowledge, no momentum
The Young Founders Program
  • Starts with why you're building it
  • Foundations first, tactics second
  • Covers money properly and practically
  • Inner development and practical skills together
  • Guest sessions from young founders: success and failures, both
  • Parents can join too: one family, one direction
  • Built on the 7 Seeds of Success® framework

"Most people who think they're starting a business are creating jobs, with the worst boss in the world. Themselves. Working 5am till 9pm. The question this program answers is: how do you build something worth having instead?"

Andrew Fuller is 21. He'll be in every session. Not as a guest. As a co-facilitator.

His first business was at age 6. He made small paintings and sold $450 worth at a local gallery. Food stalls at markets followed. At age 8 he was working in BeAta's optometry practice, handling orders, appointments, and client relations.

By 16 he had his first independent business. Multiple businesses since, across different areas. He will tell you what worked, what failed, and what he would do differently. No script.

BeAta

BeAta Fuller

BeAta spent 30 years as a behavioural and developmental optometrist, and 10 years homeschooling her own children. In that intersection (vision science, natural learning, and raising two sons outside the school system), the 7 Seeds of Success® framework was born.

She has created and run multiple businesses, approached in different ways, some flourishing and some not. She has made property investments that worked and others that didn't. She teaches from all of it, not just the success side.

Her sons both worked in her businesses from childhood and built their own. Each owns property that grew in value by $100,000 in its first year. BeAta knows many young people doing great things and will bring them into the program as guest contributors alongside experienced parents who've walked this path.

The career and money sessions that form the backbone of this program have been running for years. This is the first time they've been brought together specifically for teens and young adults.

The ones we get asked most.

Who is this for?

Young people aged 12–22 who have a business idea, are already running a micro-business, or know they want to create their own path rather than follow the standard route to employment. Homeschooled or not.

Does my child have to be homeschooled?

No. The program is open to anyone 12–22. Homeschool families are a natural fit, but so are young people in school or TAFE who want to start building something on the side.

What does it cost?

Investment is still being finalised. Waitlist members will be the first to hear, and will get early-bird access before the program opens publicly.

What format does it run in?

Online via Zoom. Eight weekly sessions of approximately 90 minutes each. Small cohort, maximum 12 participants. Session times will be set to suit the cohort's time zones.

Is this just for teens, or can parents join too?

Parents are encouraged to join alongside their teens. When the whole family is working with the same skills and language, momentum accelerates. BeAta's own sons worked in her businesses from childhood and built their own. That synchronisation made all the difference. Families can also choose to create something together through the program.

The foundations you lay now are the ones you'll build on for the rest of your life.
