Facilitators
You can already see it.
The children around you are missing something school was never built to give them. You watch them compensating, and you watch their parents worrying without knowing what they're looking at.
You have the eyes for this work, and probably the families too. What you haven't had is a structure to build on, and that is what the facilitator pathway gives you.
Most facilitators were never teachers.
They were already standing somewhere children gather, watching more closely than anyone around them.
You run playgroup, gym or movement classes. You see forty children a week and you know which ones are wobbling long before their parents do. The framework gives you the language for what you're seeing, and a way to work with it.
You hold a worldschool or homeschool community together. Families already come to you asking how to do this properly. The framework turns your instinct into something you can hand them.
You want your children raised this way, and you want a community and an income growing around the same work. Your kitchen table already draws other people's kids. That is a Wisdom Hive waiting to be named.
You teach, and you're done pretending the system serves the children in front of you. You already know which five in your class are compensating their way through the year. The framework shows you what to do with what you see, inside a classroom or out of it.

From watching your teaching to watching their learning.
There's a teacher in a documentary who had spent decades in classrooms when her school moved to a more fluid way of working. She said: when they first told me to do things differently, my first thought was, I don't even know what these children are learning now. Then I realised I didn't know what they were learning before either. I knew what I was teaching. I didn't know what they were learning.
That is the shift this work trains. Once you can see what a child is building, you can work with it anywhere: a kitchen table, a backyard, a studio, a paddock, a classroom.
A Wisdom Hive. Small, local, yours.
A Wisdom Hive is a small local hub where the 7 Seeds of Success® framework is lived, not just taught: a playgroup, a homeschool circle, a centre, a few families who gather at your place every week because their children grow well there.
Picture a Thursday morning with six children in your care. One is up a tree. Two are damming the drain with mud and arguing about the engineering. The youngest has been pouring water between two buckets for twenty minutes. Most adults see play that needs supervising. You would see balance, negotiation and focus being built in front of you, and you would know which seed each child is working on and how to feed it without turning the morning into a lesson.
Hives run wherever their facilitators live: a suburb here in Australia, a town in Germany, a worldschool hub that moves with its families. Children develop the same way everywhere, so the framework travels.
Some facilitators run their Hive as a business. Others fold the framework into work that already exists: a classroom, a clinic, a movement studio.
It starts with Foundations for Life. One Training, then a mentored path.
Foundations for Life, the Training
Twelve months, with a 10-day in-person intensive at its centre, a year of group calls around it, and the "Raise Brilliant Kids" online program included. There are no fixed dates and no venue on a flyer: once three or more families commit, the founding cohort chooses dates and a location together, and BeAta travels to the cohort. The group calls are online, so the rest of the year works from wherever you live.
Year one is the same for everyone. You learn the framework by living it: parents through their own children, who come with them, facilitators through immersion and practice during the in-person days.
You don't need your own children to train. You'll work closely with the families' children throughout the in-person intensive.
The mentored path
At the end of the twelve months, those who want to facilitate move into a mentored path shaped around where you are by then. You won't be left without a route. The next step is designed with you, not sold to you before you're ready.
Your Wisdom Hive
You establish your own: the framework under it, a year of practice behind you, and this site doing the explaining to the parents around you.

Already running a school, a centre, a program?
Some facilitators don't start from scratch. They bring the framework into a school, an early-learning centre or a program that already has children in it. When your parents ask what their children are getting from this new way of working, this site does the explaining for you: send them to the framework, the free tools, the whole picture.
